FAQs about my Pottery Courses

Pottery Courses in Sussex

Pottery courses are fun!
You’ll learn all about hand-building with clay plus have fun and meet new people.

Are your pottery courses suitable for beginners?

Yes, every level of skill is welcome.

Is this a good way to meet new people?

Having fun and socialising are a big part of my workshops. Classes are small and I encourage chatting and laugher!

Are refreshments provided?

Tea, and sometimes students bring treats for the group.

Will I learn how to use the pottery wheel?

No, my classes are all about hand-building and we do not use the wheel.

What happens if I miss a class?

I will do my best to let you make it up in another class but it is not guaranteed.

What should I wear?

Please bring an apron. Also, it’s hard to work clay with long fingernails and you’ll be happier if they are short.

Where can I park?

There’s on street parking on Mill Lane and Deanland Road.
